    DO NOT USE THIS SELLER – EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE & MISLEADING COMMUNICATION

    I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been so poor that I feel obligated to warn others.

    I placed an order with this seller on 25th December, with working days still available for dispatch (in between Christmas and New Year). There was nothing on the seller’s profile to indicate that orders would not be sent until 5 January, which later turned out to be the case. This was also confirmed in the fact that NDD special delivery was offered.

    Despite this, the seller marked the item as sent on 26 December, which was not true. I paid extra for Special Delivery (tracked / next day). When nothing arrived, I quite reasonably requested the tracking details.

    From that point onwards, communication has been appalling.

    I have sent numerous messages over several weeks asking for tracking

    The seller repeatedly states the item has been “sent” but never provides tracking (WHEN THEY CHOOSE to reply as you can see in the screenshot below)

    On 12 January, I was again told “it has been sent already” - still no tracking

    On 13 January, the seller messaged yet again asking for my postcode for a second time, despite already having it

    As of today, it has been over 3 weeks since ordering and I still have no proof of dispatch If an item has genuinely been sent via Special Delivery, providing tracking is immediate and straightforward. The continued failure to do so strongly suggests I am being strung along. Because of the complete lack of clarity and meaningful communication - despite the seller appearing online daily - I have now had to raise a dispute.

    To add further context, both my cousin and brother have stopped using this seller due to repeated issues, including being sent different products to what was ordered (e.g. ordering flower and receiving hash instead, with no explanation). That is not acceptable. In summary:

    Misleading “sent” status No tracking despite paid Special Delivery Repeated delays and excuses Poor communication over an extended period

    This has been an extremely frustrating experience and, frankly, I feel misled. I would strongly advise others to avoid this seller based on service, reliability and transparency.

    If you claim an item has been sent, provide the tracking. Anything else is unacceptable.

    I feel like you have never posted the item as if you had you would have tracking, your lack of replies also further confirm that you have just stolen funds and not sent the items.

    Fast delivery and good service. However I didn't receive biscotti, I think I got ice cream man which isn't great and its cheaper. This isn't the first time this has happened. If you dont have the strain take it off the listing.

    The King is BACK 👑 Ordered biscotti, must have ran out as got Zushi as replacement. Great smoke, slightly more expensive, and still over weight. Pistach team are legit kings of the site!!

    strain was swapped out with something else but it was still a great smoke, very well grown, very smooth, strong buzzy high. Took <24hrs to be delivered. Great experience, will buy from pistach again ❤️

    Not biscotti I think it’s cherry rope either way it’s a 10/10 white ash thick oil ring and dense buds great stuff.

    PISTACH is a SCAMMER. He will send your early orders normally but when you place a bigger order he will scam you. He marked my order as sent the next day of placing order but did not provided tracking number until i raised a dispute after 15 days of ordering. The tracking number provided by him was fake and non functional, The fake tracking number was UB 8270 1004 8GB

    Borg settled the order but still the scammer got 30% of my money and i only received 70% of my money thanks to escrow. I marked received in 46 days because there is no option to select not received.

    Fast and reliable 1 to 2 days delivery, normally 1. Nice weed and overweight can't fault pistachio
